I have an MA in English from the University of Waterloo and an Honours BA in English and Psychology. I've worked across editing, writing, and content management in telecom regulation, technical training, and medical research. I'm happiest when I'm taking something complicated and making it clear, whether that's a policy bulletin, a training module, or a long-form piece of writing.
